With only a 8 minute drive to historic Mariposa, this large 2500' foot home features 3 Bedroom a large floor plan with a kitchen that is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Adjoining the kitchen is a breakfast area with plenty of seating for the family and a window that overlooks the flowers and front yard. The spacious Master Bedroom with a king bed also features a Master Bath with a jetted Soaking Tub and sliding door that leads out to the beautiful wood deck. The guest Bedrooms feature Queen beds and closets to fill your needs. The large deck features a BBQ, fire pit, plenty of outdoor seating. Step down to a spacious yard area where deer, turkeys, fox and a bobcat have been spotted. The house has a nicely furnished Living Room and features a large 84" TV for your entertainment. There are sliding doors to the deck from the Living Room and Family Room. The Family Room also features comfortable furnishings, a sofa with a full sized pull out bed, and a 75" TV.
